I’m Malina, also known as Chilly. I’m a lifestyle coach, psychology enthusiast, alternative therapy practitioner, and an artist photographer. My passion is understanding people -> how they think, how they feel, and what truly helps them live a balanced and fulfilling life.
The truth is that every human being is different. We are born into this world without an instruction manual -> no guidebook, no map, and no clear explanation of how to navigate emotions, relationships, purpose, or happiness.
That’s where I come in.
Through a combination of psychological insight, lifestyle coaching, intuitive understanding, and alternative therapeutic approaches, I help people discover what truly works for them - not what works for everyone else.
Because a perfect life doesn’t mean copying someone else's path.
It means building a life that genuinely fits who you are.
As a photographer and artist, I’ve always been fascinated by the uniqueness of each person - their energy, their story, and their inner world. This artistic perspective allows me to see people beyond labels and expectations, helping them reconnect with their authentic selves.
My role is simple:
To help you understand yourself, realign your life, and create a version of reality that truly feels right for you.
Everyone deserves clarity, balance, and a life that feels like their own.

That’s what I do.
My path into lifestyle coaching and personal development did not begin as a simple interest in helping people. It began with a deeper question I carried for many years: how do the human mind, spirit, and emotional world actually work?
Driven by this curiosity, I pursued higher studies in Theology - not from a strictly religious perspective, but from a desire to understand the philosophical and spiritual dimensions of human life: how people search for meaning, how beliefs shape behavior, and how inner balance influences the way we live.
Over time, my interests expanded into psychology, wellbeing, and lifestyle coaching, which led me to complete several specialized training programs focused on personal development and emotional balance.
These include certified training in areas such as:
• Personal Development and Wellbeing
• Emotional Balance and Healthy Lifestyle Coaching
• Creation and delivery of online personal development programs
• Creative methods and applied arts in personal growth processes
Through these programs I developed practical skills in areas such as emotional regulation, goal-setting, behavioral change, coaching communication, and creative approaches to personal transformation.
For me, education has never been about collecting diplomas. It has always been about understanding people better and becoming more capable of helping them navigate their own path.
Every person is different. Every story is unique. There is no universal formula for a perfect life.
My studies and training simply provide the tools and structure that allow me to guide others in a thoughtful and responsible way.
And that is the foundation of the work I do today.
